
So, I began a diet one month ago. Weight Watchers, and so far I have lost 14 pounds. (I gained a pound the first week :( ) I am quite enjoying watching my progress but I am afraid that when a week comes that I don’t lose 2-3 pounds of even gain one I am gonna toss it all away. I really want to be healthy and pretty again…Just like they say in AA “One day at a time” This is not a diet, but a lifestyle change! I am learning to eat better and cook again! I just have to remember, I can do this!
